Denial & Ignorance Are Dangerous Things

What we don’t know and are unwilling to investigate can harm us because we can’t make a truly informed decision with inaccurate or insufficient information on any subject.  Denial keeps people from seeking and applying the information necessary to handle and improve their situation and relationships.

Interdependence Is Healthier Than Co-dependence & Independence

HOW TO TRANSITION SUCCESSFULLY FROM CO-DEPENCE TO BECOMING A BALANCED, HAPPY, & SUCCESSFUL INTERDEPENDENT PERSON

We live in a world that is interdependent since we all benefit from the various types of workers and their skills that make our lives possible.  Co-dependence is unhealthy because each person in the relationship doesn’t like or believe in themselves and thus can’t like or believe in their partner.  Relationships do best when both parties honor the interdependent nature of their union.  A person with an independent attitude that doesn’t take into consideration the needs and desires of the other party is doomed to failure.  Good relationships focus on what’s right rather than on who’s right. When we work with others as opposed to against them we can accomplish so much more and enjoy the happiness and satisfaction of both giving and receiving.
